+ - How do I get started?
+ - What about domain purchase and hosting?
We will take care of that when the time comes. We can discuss whether you want Monolith to maintain the domain and web hosting or if you'd prefer to take on that responsibility.
+ - What about WordPress or other page builders?
We have worked extensively with WordPress, Weebly and other page builders so we are happy to create a site using those platforms. However, the true Monolith experience is in creating custom coded websites which generally perform better than a page builder.
+ - When the website is finished, will I be able to update it on my own?
Depending on if you choose a page builder will determine the answer to that question. If it is custom coded, we will need to make revisions for a nominal fee. Otherwise, we're happy to hand over the "keys to the castle" when all is said and done for a WordPress or similar platform site.
+ - What if I'm not happy with the finished product?
We will do everything in our ability to ensure that you, the customer, are satisfied with the finished product. However, if for some reason, that is simply not possible, we will be happy to discuss a partial or full refund.
+ - Do you only build monolithic systems?
Certainly not. Our focus is to gather your requirements and what you need to help your business grow. We then tailor the experience based on that information and go from there. Being flexible is key!
